Refund policy

Stock pairs. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your pair if you would like to return it or change the size. It must be unworn, with its box, bag and cards. Please try it on a clean, soft surface. A pair with marked soles cannot be taken back.

Refunds. We refund to the way you paid, within 7 working days of the pair reaching us. Your bank may take a few days more.

If something is wrong. If your pair arrives damaged or not as ordered, write to us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photographs. We will make it right. Every pair also carries a six-month craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.

Made for you. A pair made for you, in a leather and colour you choose from our palette, is cut and made for you alone after you order. It is not exchanged for a different size. Please tell us your usual size, and anything about your feet, in the note to the maker; if we are unsure, we call before we cut. If anything is not right when your pair arrives, write to us within 24 hours with photographs and we will look at it with you personally.

Cancelling. You can cancel before your pair leaves us, and we refund in full. A pair made for you can be cancelled until we begin cutting it.

Sending a pair back. Please write to us first; we arrange the pickup. Pairs sent without a word from us cannot be received.
