Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refund requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Start below and we take it from there.
Before you send anything back
- The pair must be unworn and unmarked — tried on a clean, dry surface only.
- Keep the box, dust bags and cards; they need to come back with the shoes.
- Discounted and sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International orders: exchanges only, in exceptional cases, within 24 hours of delivery — see the full policy.
How long it takes
- Return transit to our workshop: 7–10 business days
- Quality check: up to 7 business days
- Refund to the original payment method: a further 5–7 business days
