BLAK SAND (Trade Name: M/s Tirubala International Private Limited), having its registered address at C-7, Panki Industrial Area, Site 1, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India – 208022 ("BLAK SAND", "we", "us", or "our"), owns and operates the website www.blaksand.com (the "Platform").

Through the Platform, we facilitate the sale of footwear and related products under the brand name BLAK SAND ("Products").

This Shipping, Delivery, Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") should be read together with our Terms & Conditions available on the Platform. By accessing or purchasing from the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to most international destinations.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Domestic: 7–10 business days after dispatch
    • International: May vary depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Delivery is facilitated through trusted third-party logistics partners. In some cases, we may ship orders directly.
  • Order confirmations, dispatch updates, and tracking details are shared via your registered email ID and/or mobile number.

Serviceable Areas

  • Certain pin codes or locations may be marked as non-serviceable.
  • If your location is non-serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. BLAK SAND shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Attempts & Delays

  • Our logistics partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, any approved refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Logistics constraints
  • Weather conditions
  • Political disruptions or strikes
  • Natural calamities or force majeure events

BLAK SAND shall not be liable for compensation arising from such delays.

Returns & Refunds – Domestic Orders

  • Returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

Once a return or exchange request is approved:

  • Return transit to warehouse: 7–10 business days
  • Quality check & processing: up to 7 business days
  • Refund (if applicable): additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect product.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unmarked
  • Include original packaging (shoe box, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.)
  • Be tried only on clean, dry surfaces

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Soles are marked or damaged
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • The product shows signs of use

Shipping Charges & Ownership Transfer

  • Shipping charges may vary based on product type, value, destination, and payment method.
  • Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

International Orders & Customs

  • Product prices do not include customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Our courier partner will notify you regarding applicable customs charges and payment procedures.
  • Customs clearance delays may affect delivery timelines and are beyond our control.

International Returns & Exchanges

BLAK SAND does not offer refunds on international orders.

Exchanges are permitted only in exceptional cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Size does not fit as per standard sizing

Customers must:

  • Notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images
  • Await confirmation before sending the product back

Acceptance of international exchanges is at the sole discretion of BLAK SAND after inspection.

Discounted Products

Products purchased at a discount or during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

  • Ready-to-ship products: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Made-to-order / personalised products: Cancellation is not permitted once the order is confirmed.
  • Any cancellation after dispatch is not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.
