The flat that grew up. Ballerinas and Mary Janes in Soft KID suede with a nap that writes to the touch, and aniline lamb Nappa, dyed through and never coated, so it deepens with wear. Every pair lined in lambskin, four millimetres of memory foam over three of latex underfoot, soft enough to fold in the hand, finished by hand. Classic flats, Mary Janes with a strap and a little height, braided ivory and hand-shaded pairs no two alike. Luxury ballet flats for women, designed and made in India.

Ballerinas & Mary Janes

A flat has nowhere to hide. There is no heel carrying the shape, so the line of the toe, the depth of the throat and the way the sole bends are the whole shoe.

Ours are lasted so the topline sits below the bone and does not gape, and the sole flexes where the foot flexes rather than a centimetre behind it. Soft KID suede and aniline lamb Nappa over lambskin lining, four millimetres of memory foam over three of latex. The Mary Janes take a strap and about twenty-five millimetres, for the days a true flat is not quite enough.
